Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Ensure all designs meet project specifications, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Revise designs based on feedback and provide final deliverables in required formats.
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Assist in creating storyboards and sketches for animation projects.
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working in a freelance or remote capacity.
• Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
